Four cycles: 1st 10 mins to thaw & drain. 2nd, 3rd & 4th seven-min sessions for frying
The thawing session will cause the wings to release a lot of water, so line the fryer basket with foil so you don't have to wash it before the actual cooking sessions.
Put 10 frozen wings skin-side up in foil-lined basket
Thaw at 400° for 10 mins
Remove wings and foil to drain
Spray basket with cooking spray
Return thawed wings to basket skin side up
Cook 7 mins at 400°
Turn wings over, cook 7 mins at 400°
Turn wings over, cook 7 mins at 400°
Prepare simple Buffalo Sauce while wings are cooking...
Melt 1 tbsp butter in stainless steel cup
Add 2 tbsp Frank's RedHot Sauce, stir
Put cooked wings into lg stainless bowl
Add sauce, toss or shake to coat
Note: it's better to use thawed or fresh wings (see below)
